How can I find out more information about a product?

Each item listed on our website will include a product overview of the item as well as a Customer Review section, where you can read other customers’ views on the dog collar, padded harness, reflective accessories, or any other dog walking equipment on our website.

How can I find the product I am looking for?

On our website you will see a number of tabs, including Collars, Leads, Harnesses, and Accessories, which will enable you to narrow your search and choose easily between the options available. Alternatively, you can try typing what you are looking for into our ‘Search’ bar.

Which payments method do you accept?

We can accept payments via PayPal and card payments including Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard American Express and Switch.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment for your order will be taken from your account the day of your purchase. Your items will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been received.

Why is my card payment not completing?

Your card payment may be unsuccessful if you have either entered your card details incorrectly, your card has expired, or you have insufficient funds in your account to complete your purchase.

Can I make an order from your website by telephone?
If you are having trouble making your purchase via our website, you can call us on 07498984551 to complete your purchase via telephone. We will require the item numbers of the products you wish to purchase, as well as your name, postal address, card details, and an email address to which we can send your order confirmation.
Do I need an account to purchase items from your website?

When making your purchase you will be invited to create an account with K9 Station, or alternatively you can also check out as a guest. Creating an account will allow you to track your order history and enable us to keep you up to date on our latest range and offers.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We cannot guarantee your order can be edited after being placed. Exchanging an item of the same price may be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched but adding items to your order will require an additional order to be placed.

What are your delivery options?

Delivery of your items is available as either Standard Postage (3-5 working days) or Next Day Delivery. We cannot guarantee your time of delivery with Standard Postage, however items purchased with Next Day Delivery will arrive by 4pm.

Do you accept refunds?
Items in their original state and packaging may be returned for up to 28 days. If your item has been used on your dog, we will be unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty through fault of manufacturing. Should you have a query regarding a refund then please call us on 07498984551.
How do I return an item?

To return an item, simply fill out the returns form found inside your delivery with your invoice, and post to the address provided. We do not offer free postage on returns, these are made of your own expense.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We will strive to process you refund as soon as possible, however please allow up to 10 working days for your money to appear in your account.
